Impacts of COVID-19 on Residential Solar Permitting Jurisdiction Survey Responses

This is the cleaned dataset of jurisdiction survey responses associated with the NLR report Residential Solar Adoption Timelines and Impacts from the COVID-19 Pandemic (published September 2022). NLR conducted this survey of jurisdictions in August and September 2021, asking about their residential solar PV permitting and inspection processes, challenges, and changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey received 180 responses, representing 171 unique AHJs in 16 states. The associated report is NREL/TP-6A20-83529.
